Where is Classy Creations located?
We are located in Dallas, Texas. We are able to service the DFW Metroplex. At times we will travel to other areas with a travel fee. To receive an estimate, email info@classycreationss.com
How far in advance do I book?
Our calendar fills quickly. We suggest you book as soon as possible. However, we will take bookings as quickly as 24 hours if the requested time and date is available.
How will you get into my room?
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that we have access to your suite! We can NOT check in for you. These are our acceptable methods to gain access to your room.
1. We can meet you at your setup time and you provide us with a key.
2. You can add us to the reservation (PREFERRED).
3. You can provide us with your lock code (if staying in an Airbnb).
After booking we will provide you with more information.
Do you come to private homes and Airbnbs?
Yes! We do!
Do I have to know my exact hotel and room number when I book?
No! We require that you at least provide us with the city that you will be booking in when you reserve with us. You will need to provide your exact location 72 hours prior to your actual setup date.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours or more of your booking.
If your cancellation was made outside of 48 hours before the event date, we are happy to offer rescheduling, depending on availability.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer rescheduling for cancellations made within the 48-hour window.
Is my reservation fee refundable?
Retainers are non-refundable once they are made. We understand that life happens and that we aren't always able to follow through with plans, we will always work with our clients to be fair and come up with the best solutions!
Is Classy Creations responsible for booking hotel rooms and Airbnb's?
No. We only provide specially curated designs. We do not book your hotel or Airbnb.
Who cleans up?
The client is responsible for cleaning the room unless an add-on clean-up service is purchased.
We are not responsible for any fees associated with room clean-up unless the add-on service is booked.
Does the client have to be present during the decoration process?
No. In fact, most customers are never around when we are decorating.
